This works in Development but when I package and deploy it doesn't appear to pickup the app.config settings. In the MSI I have included the App.Config, adxloader.ddl, adxloader64.ddl and the adxloader.ddl.manifest. I ran procmon and was unable to see any I/O activity with the manifest or the app.config files.
